Returns & swaps
If you are not completely satisfied you can always return your items to us. Returns should be done within 30 days after receiving the products. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Note that all returned products must be unused and unwashed. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on earrings, underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. And we can not offer refunds on makeup where the seal has been removed.
If the products return in an unsuitable condition we will not be able to approve the refund and you will have to pay for extra shipping to get the products returned to you.
How to return
1. Follow the instructions and fill in all the necessary information on the return slip (it was sent with your order)
2. Pack the products so that they are good protected and include the return slip
3. You as the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs, so take the package to your local post office and let them help you

If you would like to change to a different size, color or a product, then write it on the return slip.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed right away. We will notify you by email when the refund has been done. Refund will be made to the payment method that was used during the purchase.
Note that shipping costs are non refundable.
Unclaimed packages & Incorrect address
If the package is not picked up or if you stated the wrong shipping address then the returned delivery will not be covered by the return policy. We will not take any responsibility for those orders/returns.
